Anal douching: cleaning your ass

How to make sure no poo comes out during sex

  • When you have anal sex, sometimes poo can come out
  • Did you clean the inside of your ass with water beforehand? Then this shouldn’t happen
  • Cleaning the inside of your ass is called anal douching
  • Cleaning your ass is not always necessary

No need to douche

When do you not need to douche your ass

By rinsing the inside of your ass you can be (almost) certain that no poo is left inside. You might like this idea. But it’s not always necessary. You don’t need to douche:

  • If you don’t feel like you need to take a poo. Then the end of your bowels is usually empty
  • If the penis of the person you’re having sex with is average-sized. Usually it won’t reach your poo
  • If you usually poo at the same time every day and you already went

How to douche

How can you clean the inside of your ass?

There are 2 ways you can clean the inside of your ass:

  • With a douche nozzle. This is an object you can connect to your shower hose
  • With an enema bulb

You can buy this online. Or in a sex shop

Only use water and nothing else. Your bowels can’t handle anything but water. Using other substances can give you a tummy ache. And you have a higher chance of STDs.

Do not share your douching tools with others. Do you want to share them anyway? Then clean them thoroughly first. Read more about cleaning your douching tools

Rinsing your ass with a douche nozzle

  1. Start douching 1 hour before the sex
  2. First, wash your hands. Clean the shower hose and the douche nozzle thoroughly with soap. Rinse the soap residue with water.
  3. Sit on the toilet and see if you can still poo, without pushing too hard.
  4. Unscrew the shower head from the hose and attach the douche nozzle
  5. Apply some lube to your anus and the douche nozzle. This will make the process easier. Choose silicone-based lube. Read more about lube
  6. Slightly turn on the faucet with lukewarm water. A hard jet can damage your bowels. Before you start douching, feel the water with your hand to make sure it’s not too warm and that the jet is soft
  7. Try to relax, so your anus isn’t too tight. Carefully insert the tip of the nozzle in your ass. Exhale while you do this
  8. Let the water flow inside slowly, until you feel like your ass is full of water. Do you have doubts? Then just let a little bit of water inside. It’s better to have too little than too much
  9. After that, go sit on the toilet and relax your anus. Let the dirty water out
Rinse a couple of times in a row. Is the water that comes out clear? Then you’re done
  10. Don’t start having sex immediately. First wait half an hour and go sit on the toilet again. Is there still water in your bowel? Then let it flow out. Is no water coming out? Then you’re done and ready to have sex. After douching, clean your douche nozzle. Read more about cleaning your douching tools

  1. Start douching 1 hour before the sex
  2. First, wash your hands. Clean the tip of the enema bulb thoroughly with soap. Rinse the soap residue with water.

  4. Apply some lube to your anus and the tip of the enema bulb. This will make the process easier. Choose silicone-based lube. Read more about lube
  5. Fill the enema bulb with lukewarm water
  6. Try to relax, so your anus isn’t too tight. Carefully insert the tip of the enema bulb in your ass. Exhale while you do this
  7. Squeeze the bulb softly, so that the water will slowly flow inside. Do this until your rectum feels like it’s full of water. Do you have doubts? Then just let a little bit of water inside. It’s better to have too little than too much
  8. After that, go sit on the toilet and relax your anus. Let the dirty water out
  9. Rinse a couple of times in a row Is the water that comes out clear? Then you’re done
  10. Don’t start having sex immediately. First wait a bit, then go sit on the toilet again. Is there still water in your bowel? Then let it flow out. Is no water coming out? Then you’re done and ready to have sex. But first, clean your douching tools. Read more about cleaning your douching tools

Cleaning your tools

  2. Let them sit in the liquid for 5 minutes
  3. Take them out of the container
  4. Rinse everything thoroughly with water

Are your tools made of metal? Then you can also clean them by boiling them for 5 minutes.

Disadvantages

Disadvantages of anal douching

Unfortunately, douching doesn’t protect against STDs. On the contrary, you have a higher chance of STDs. These are the disadvantages of douching:

  • Is the water jet too strong while you’re douching? Or did you squeeze the enema bulb too hard? This can cause tears in your bowels. This can make it easier to get an STD
  • When you rinse your bowels, good bacteria come out too. They help your bowels stay healthy. Do you wash away these bacteria too often? This can cause issues in your bowels. And you have a higher chance of STDs
  • If you rinse too deep, you could irritate your bowels. And that makes you need to poo even more
  • Did someone cum in your ass? Don’t douche again. This would push the sperm deeper in your bowels

So DON’T douche:

  • With a water jet that’s too strong
  • Too often: keep it to twice a week max
  • Too deep
  • After sex
