1.    Responsibility and exceptions.

The privacy of the following items lies with other parties:

• Man to Man Test Lab: the GGD where you use Test Lab.

• The appointment module for free hepatitis B vaccination: the RIVM and the GGD

2.    Security, retention period and principles

Both Soa Aids Nederland and the service providers engaged take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing. Your data will not be kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. 
We process your personal data only when there is a valid basis for doing so based on the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Depending on the purpose, one of the following bases applies:
 

• You have consented to the processing of your personal data, (e.g. when registering for the Man to Man Panel or an interview).
• The processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation;
• The processing is necessary to pursue a legitimate interest, such as improving our services or the functioning of the website. Where applicable, this is explicitly explained with the processing in question.

3. Cookies

This website only uses functional cookies to make the website work properly and analytical cookies (Matomo) to collect information about the use of the website, so that we can adjust it where necessary. No personal data can be traced from these cookies. Mantotman.nl uses Vimeo and sometimes a modified version of Youtube to play videos. The videos are integrated in such a way that no tracking or advertising cookies are placed. 4. Man tot Man Panel

4.1 Through Mantotman's website (or other channels) you can sign up for the Man to Man Panel. Upon registration, we will ask you for your name or nickname and email address. This information will only be used to contact you with information or invitations to participate in activities that are in line with the objectives of Man to Man, such as questionnaires or group discussions. If we also want to send you general communication, such as newsletters or campaign emails, we will ask separate and explicit permission for that (opt-in).
4.2 Your name or nickname and email address will be stored with an external service provider that complies with applicable privacy legislation (AVG). This party processes your data exclusively on behalf of Soa Aids Nederland and ensures appropriate security measures. The data will be processed within the EU.
4.3 You can terminate your participation at any time and request to have your data removed. To do so, please send an e-mail to mantotmanpanel@soaaids.nl. We will delete your data within 14 days of receiving your request.

4.4 As a member of the Man to Man Panel, you will receive an annual questionnaire. The data collected through this questionnaire is processed through third-party software and stored and analyzed exclusively anonymously and aggregated. This data is in no way traceable to you as an individual.
4.5 We use this information to understand the composition, diversity and demographic characteristics of the panel. This helps us ensure the representativeness of the panel and better tailor our activities to the target group.
4.6 If you are a member of the panel, you may also be invited for additional surveys, such as questionnaires, focus groups or personal interviews. For each individual survey, you will receive clear information in advance about the processing of your data, the content of the survey and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Participation is always voluntary.
4.7 You are not obliged to provide personal data. However, without name or (nick)name and email address, we cannot include you in the panel.
4.8 If you unsubscribe from the panel, your data will be deleted within 14 days. Anonymous survey data may be kept longer, as long as it is relevant to our policy and research.
 

5. Man tot Man Testlab

On mantotmantestlab.nl you enter personal data and information about your health and sexual behavior. This data can be traced back to you personally. 6. Appointment module hepatitis B vaccination (RIVM)

If you use the RIVM's hepatitis B vaccination appointment module on mantotman.nl, you give permission to the RIVM and the relevant GGD to process your personal data. They do this according to legal obligations to protect your privacy. Read more about the RIVM and privacy.

7. Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can also withdraw your consent to data processing at any time. In addition, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Authority for Personal Data (www.autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
